Ghana is taking a bold step on the global stage.
At the 80th UN General Assembly, President John Mahama announced that Ghana will table a motion for the transatlantic slave trade to be officially recognised as the greatest crime against humanity.
This historic push not only seeks justice but also calls for reparations, the return of stolen artefacts, and a global reckoning with the legacy of slavery.
