A priest is in custody after he was accused of raping colleague's daughter in Kisumu.
The suspect was part of a group of priests who were on a pilgrimage to Kisumu at an outing organized last month at the girl's father's hotel.
The police report indicates that the woman had been assigned to allocate hot water to rooms adjacent to the hotel when she met the preacher.
She was pouring water into the sink when the suspect grabbed her from behind, forced her onto the bed and raped her," the police report read in part.
