A woman's first date took an unbelievable turn when her companion decided to rob a bank in the middle of it-and made her his unwitting getaway driver.
According to police, 33-year-old Christopher Castillo met the woman on a dating app and was riding in the passenger seat when he asked her to pull over near a Massachusetts bank. Moments later, he ran out carrying a gun and a bag of cash.
Panicking, the woman tried to drive away but was stopped and arrested. She was later cleared after investigators confirmed she had no knowledge of Castillo's plan.
Castillo, meanwhile, was sentenced to prison for armed robbery.
