The Federal Government has reportedly facilitated the release of 100 schoolchildren kidn+pped from St. Mary's Private Catholic Primary and Secondary School in Papiri, Agwara Local Government Area of Niger State.
The abd·ction occurred on 21 November 2025, when armed att@ckers invaded the remote community around 20 a.m..
Riding on motorbikes, the b@ndits operated for nearly three hours, sweeping through student hostels and taking 315 people including 303 students and 12 teachers.
